APPLYING FOR A POSITION AT FAIS

Employment Application

All applications must include the standard application form in addition to the precise information requested for the different positions. No application will be considered without the inclusion of the standard application form.

All applicants are required to have a criminal background check. Before you are officially hired, FAIS will need to receive a form from the Child Care Division of Oregon stating that you are allowed to work in a Child Care facility. To help speed up this process, please fill out the following form CCD 199 and mail it to CCD along with a $3 check. Please be aware that this process could take up to three weeks.

FAIS aims to hire professionals of the highest professional integrity and caliber. Teachers are normally certified, whether in France, Belgium, a Canadian province, or an American state. Teachers also usually have at least three years of teaching experience. We seek individuals able to work well on teams and within the framework of a whole-school project. For other professional positions, we expect to see strong evidence of experience in the particular area as well as the ability to work well within a team environment.
