The extracurricular department creates a diverse list of structured activities and classes taught by FAIS teachers and outside contractors, many of whom continue to teach their class in French. This is a way for each student to sign up for an activity of interest and then practice their French in a different context. Classes include sports, cooking, dance, theater, basketball, soccer, volleyball, pottery, rollerblading, choir, chess, digital art, science, digital video, robotics, aerial movement, and much more. These classes are offered to ages PS-8th grade. All extracurricular classes must be paid for separately.
